THROUGH THE CITY’S RIPPED BACK SIDE, you can peake The Bright and Hollow Sky. This brew uses a new PNW hop that has become one of our overall favs, amazing smooth and soft peach, mango, pineapple and subtle but true dankness. Let’s ride and ride and ride.

16 oz. can. Hazy orange. Smells of tropical fruit, white grape, and some zippy citrus. Tastes a touch sweet. White grape and acidic citrus hops. Herbal finish with light bitterness. Dry finish with some earthy yeast flavors. Medium body. Good.

Lighter, dry, citrusy. Milder notes of peach, mango, orange, and pineapple, with a bit of greenness. Juicy, but not super hoppy. Interesting flavor profile.

Tall can, 3/18/21, stamped on the bottom.
Full on NEIPA pour, hazed/juiced, under a lasting mini cap that leaves ample fine lace and sheeting.
Fragrant, floral and tropical fruit nose...complex and inviting.
More of the sniff all over the palate, full flavor, complexity and intrigue...mighty fine stuff...go get some

Dark orange golden color with a 4F head in a Spielgelau IPA glass.
Flavor profile: citrus, tropical fruit, some dankness.
Not one of my favorites from the brewery, but quite drinkable.
I don’t like that the brewery doesn’t mention the hop profile on the can.
That seems to be more common these days.
Craft beer is about sharing ideas and recipes.
Are beer recipes and ingredients becoming proprietary.?

Hazy golden with a big poofy white head, this look is everything you want from an IPA, let’s give er a try. Perfume, some grapefruit and strong overripe peach and pineapple, not typical and I can dig it. Slightly sweetened grapefruit like juice with some dankness and a lingering gentle bitter feel, it’s not bad. Medium ish feel with back of the palate carbonation this beer holds up well.
