Collaboration with RAR Brewing
DDH IPA w/ Passion Fruit, Strawberry & Fruity Pebbles
We’ve been wanting to brew something up with the fam in Maryland- the inimitable RAR – for literally years, and that day is finally here! A crew known for their unending hospitality required all and any stops to be pulled out, so we let it rip full force- a stacked double dry-hop, packed with pellets, cryo hops, and our special oils, doused with hundreds of pounds of strawberries and pureed passion fruit, and yes, some Fruity Pebbles cereal.

Another phenomenal beer by Singlecut. Poured into a wide mouth Muffin Top.
L: Unfiltered and even with a careful pour the fruity pebbles used during the brewing process pour out into the glass in a twister of flakes. The carbonation is long lasting and makes for a great show, almost like a lava lamp, as the flakes move around the glass in a cyclic pattern. This went on for a solid 30 minutes as I savored the beer.
S: Passionfruit, red berries and malty goodness all cut with a good dose of hops in the nose and some alcohol present.
T: Follows the nose and is very fruity and flavorful while still being well hopped with a good dose of bitterness. Alcohol completely hidden for 8%.
F: Smooth and silky with a nice fullness. The cereal addition really shows in the mouthfeel and is pleasant.
O: Sad this one is a one-off because it's great. Only picked a single up at the store because it was rather pricey, as are most of SingeCuts brews, but wish I just copped the whole 4 pack. If you see this at the store its a must try for any IPA lover.
