Way on Down South, all the way to New Zealand, that’s where these buds are plucked from the bine to make DOUBLE FOUR TIME! A bright and bold new hop experiment combining some new hop processing tech along with Nectaron, an absolute stunner of a hop we’re all-in on. Bright and tangy aromatics of fresh opened passionfruit, golden pineapples, white grape skin, soft and sweet orange pulp, guava candy, and a gentle kiss of pine. Wrap that jazz up with a clean malt base and some extra pop of pineapple from our SingleCut yeast and you’ve got a gig worth the ticket.

Deep golden pour with a pillowy cap of white foam that looks like a fair weather cloud. Billed as hopped 100% by a variety of New Zealand hops, but only Nectaron is mentioned. The most interesting aspect of the flavor profile is how well this beer straddles fruit and bitterness. Fruit dominates a bit with pineapple, orange and tropical flavor. But there's also an underlying piney bitterness that makes the finish drier than the opening flavor would have you expect. Really nice brew.

A - Pours an opaque dark golden orange color with dense, frothy foam on top that looks like cotton casndy.
S - Passionfruit, pineapple, citrus, guava, and a little bit of tropical fruit.
T - Citrus, pineapple, passion fruit, guava, spicy citrus rind, and on the back side, ends with some resiny orange, spicy citrus rind and just a hint of pine bitterness. The orange and spicy pine nuance hang around after the sip.
M - Big chewy, soft body like every other New England style big IPA's and leaves the perimeter of the mouth bone dry.
O - Well hidden ABV and nice spicy, resiny citrus.
