Incredibly smooth for 18%. Big chocolate nose with a hint of alcohol. Vanilla, toffee, light oxidation. The flavor is also stunningly smooth and balanced, not at all too sweet. Lightly roasty with caramel, dark, and milk chocolate. Alcohol is dangerously hidden. This is 6 months old so it's probably calmed down a bit (I didn't have it fresh), but it's still an incredible feat. Lots of warming but very little alcohol flavor.
