Solid beer through and through. I remember when I first started getting into craft beer, barleywines were all the rage and then they tapered off a little to dessert stouts and whatever the newest IPA craze is but Down the Line reminds me of those old days. Nothing super flashy or fancy going on here. Its got that underlying sweetness matched with a high ABV that makes it sipper and warms you as you go and does so in the best way. Good stuff and I'm looking forward to the BA version.
