Nov. 2014: Sample on tap at What’s Brewing Beer Festival, Stavanger, as Beavertown The Gose Strikes Black. ABV 4.8%. Pinkish-red colour. Moderate aroma of blackberries, sea water and dust. Unusual flavour ( to say the least) of very sour plums and unripe blackberries, some salt, hints of sour & salty candy. Not very sweet though, low bitterness.
