Hazy orange with no head. 3.5
Fresh herb, soft fruit, and some soap. 4.25
Apricot skin, clean sourness, more mild orchard fruit - pear, natch - and some coriander herbiness. 4

Real sourness, probably the most pure vinegar of the 3 tonight. Fruit is there but doesn’t overwhelm. The most drinkable Phantom. 4
