Minimal head with little visible carbonation. Brownish red colour.
Aroma is somewhat similar to strawberry sweets.
Sour cherries up front with long lasting vanilla and oak towards the end.
Carbonation is very light and full.
All in all a great beer which is very refreshing whilst having a certain level of depth and complexity.

Label description as a 'mixed fermentation farmhouse red aged 18 months in French oak on redcurrants and sour cherries.' I'm intrigued.
Pours a deep red/ dark brown color with thin, pink head that dissipates quickly leaving a small amount of lacing. Smells like sour cherries and funk with a hint of vinegar. Taste is not as sour as expected, though certainly has a lemon type tang to it. The fruit is very present and a nice oaky ending. Solid body with a high amount of carbonation that provides a very dry finish. Overall, a solid BA fruited sour.
