CAN
Milky blonde; faint lemon, resin, herb + a bit of booze; whole wheat cracker, then apricot, burnt grass, tangerine rind, and hints of pine. Hot, spicy end.

Columbus, Ekuanot, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Vic Secret
Feb 15 packaging - almost 2 months to the day. That should be peak-ish, but this is oddly subdued. Either it’s too old already or a single Citra DIPA from Ireland (my last drink) kicks the ass of a collab between the UK’s 2 best breweries. There are gentle NEIPA fruits, but they’re fighting the heat. Not sure what they were aiming for, but they missed.
