"Malt: Pale, Pale Chocolate, Crystal, Oats, Carafa II
Hops: Magnum, Mt Hood, Summit
This Stout has a load of late hop additions to bring that zest and poke to the nose. Beautiful delicate coffee and chocolate notes lie in the smooth character of the malts."
Poured from a 330ml bottle into a pint glass.
Pours an inky black colour, with just a slight tan head to it.
Smells of sharp, bitter hops and burnt bitter malts.
Taste reflecting the smell with added creaminess from the oats, and a certain sweetness too.
Overall a really nice, balanced ale.
