A:
Pours a hazy light copper with three fingers of ruddy tan head. Good retention; rings of lacing. (3.75)
S:
Smoky caramel, brown bread, herbal hop bite, hard water, white pepper. (3.75)
T:
Bready, caramelized wood, starts almost sweet with the faintest hint of citrus and descends into smoky herbal territory. (3.75)
M:
Smooth, medium body with moderate carbonation and a Smoky pine pitch finish. (3.75)
O:
This was actually simultaneously a nicer beer than I had expected and different than I had expected.
Pours nice enough. The aroma is immediately sweet smoke, bread and general maltiness. The taste follows suit with more hop character both at the beginning and at the finish. Nice level of smokiness, fairly drinkable. I would have this one again. (3.75)

Deep veiled dark brown color with a copper hue and a yeast cloud. Creamy light brown 1-2 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with faint legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of caramel, dark grains, wood, nutmeg, cinnamon, and herbal hops. Lightly creamy medium body with soft prickly carbonation. Medium strength finish, roasted and slightly smoked with a red ale feel. Freshness is passable, a bit too oily. Overall decent quality craft.

Translucent copper-orange with beige head
smoke and malt
Interesting mix of ESB with some smoked wood. Bitter with a dry finish.
Goes down quite easily , carbonation is well dosed. Would go well with german sausages. Reminds me of camping.
I like the added flavour from the smoke. Makes it a bit more complex than your standard bitters.
