The coconut taste from sabro hop was well done. Tasty and drinkable. Smooth for an IPA, I have since had others that also hit the spot and not too hazy.

A-Hazy yellow with a white bubbly head and very little head retention
S-Pungent alcohol aroma, with an element of sulfur and a funky sour fragrance. Some fruit scents and an overripe pineapple smell
M-Medium body with a juicy mouthfeel and low end carbonation
T-Funky and sweet upfront with a bitterness the is obtuse and persistent
O-Very different type of NEIPA. Nice attempt and appreciate the oddity.
