Brewed specially for recent Wetherspoons festival. A dark coloured beer with a claret hue and a strong plum to damson nose with a hint of caramel. This is reflected in the taste with the caramel gardually giving way to a more plummy flavour. This is well done but a tad on the sickly side and thus a slow sipper for me.
