A dessert Dunkel? If you can, why not?
L: This beer is a dark brown with some deep violet hues and a tinted head that rises to a bubbly finger, holds up well, and deposits strong lacing.
S & T: The wheat and yeast end up making this one smell and taste a lot like a blackberry cobbler. It's definitely dessert sweet and could be cloying if chugged rather than sipped. It all works together to a tasty brew, overall.
F: The feel isn't too thick or sticky, and the body is appropriate with a good smoothness and just enough of a crispness to flow really nicely. No bite, but it stays on the palate without flattening out.
