This is a nice-looking pils, bright gold with clarity. A moderately-sized nearly white head retains itself pretty well and leaves a decent amount of spotty and patchy lace.
There is a bit of sweetness, though it's more the esters with the hint of honey in the nose than the honey itself. It's got a nice Noble hops presence, grassy and lightly sulfuric, with just a touch of spiciness. Malts are light and crackery, a bit dry.
The flavor is much the same, though a bit more of the honey taste comes through. It could use a bit more, but it's absolutely solid.
The mouthfeel gets it pretty well. It's a nice light-bodied pils with a solid crispness, though perhaps a bit too much carbonation ultimately.

For being a home brew I really liked this beer. It has a nice thin head when first poured out the bottle. Nice golden color and the taste is very smooth no bitter after taste.
There is a hint of sweet and I think it's real honey, but not to sweet when I took in a mouthful I was able to take in and taste the hops/honey mix nice combo . I paired it with a nice porter house and new potato's went very well together.
The name of the brew is very simple Towpath makes you feel like you've been transported back to when farming and country life was just that..the simple life.
