L: Black coffee body with a somewhat modest light brown head that settles quickly leaving no collar or lacing unless you swirl the brew regularly.
S: Fruity dark chocolate, roasty with notes of vanilla and black liquorish.
T: Coffee, chocolate, cherry and vanilla. Very bright flavors that are balanced some by the roasty profile.
F: Silky, well carbonated, drinkable beyond it's ABV, but a touch thin.
O: Very nice beer. It says on the label that it will age well, but I'm skeptical. That said, I am cellaring one so we'll see how it goes.
