16 oz can with no date (Foley Brothers pls)
Poura a hazy orange juice color with a fluffy, 3 finger off-white head. The head has great, stubborn retention. Leaves lots of clingy lacing as it slowly dissipates. Nice looking NEIPA.
The aroma brings notes of lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple. There's a good amount of sweet, doughy malt present. Slightly piney.
The flavor is citrusy and even lightly tart. Lemon zest, lime, pineapple and a bit of passion fruit. Lots of malt. Interesting, but not great.
The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Has a nice bite to it. A little slick.
Overall, I'd say this is a pretty good NEIPA. The hop flavors don't quite mesh well together, but it's still a drinkable, solid beer.

16 oz. can without a date, but we just received a couple cases two days ago for the first time.
Moderate pour yields a 1.5 inch white head over a hazy golden body with sticky lacing that has great holding power. Nose of fruit, mostly sweet citrus with a bit of tropical fruit aromas as well. Taste follows nose very closely with tangerine, ruby red grapefruit, mango, and papaya. Very tasty with a slight bitter finish that has hints of pine resin, but the fruit flavors keep that at bay. Nice full feel and overall, a quite delicious IPA deserving of your attention.
Cheers to the Brothers Foley for this one!

Glad I bought this before I read these other reviews. I'm an unabashed Foley Brothers fanatic but I have given them bad reviews before so I'm not biased.
Just bought this in a growler at a bottle shop in Ludlow. Poured out with a GREAT head and I had a good feeling. Had that great hoppy smell. Looks alm the same in a tulip as any Treehouse, Trillium or Hill beer.
Overall I'd call it a middle class version of Green from Treehouse which is maybe my Favorite beer of all time. I will be purchasing another growler to bring home and share with friends.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a glossy burnt yellow to orange color. No head. Minimal speckled lace. The aroma takes sweet pineapple, pine and grassy sweet to bitter hops. Lemon zest. The flavor yields to the bitter side and pushing the pine up front. But this seems to start to imbalance the great aromas I smelled. Big piney aftertaste crushing the finish dryly. On the palate, this one sat about a light to almost medium on the body. Fairly crushable. Carbonation felt fine but bitterness seems bolder than expected. Overall, great aroma but a bit overly harsh in the feel, and didn’t seem to come together in the flavor. That’s a shame, I usually love their IPA’s, what happened here, Foley, you’re better than this.

Served on tap in Waterbury
Serves a light amber with good clarity and lots of bubbly head.
Aromas are a mix of good malt and hoppiness.
Flavors to my palate were a bit muddled and the hops didnt stand out as much here.
Mouthfeel was good.
Overall, this beer was a good deal below their gold standard Prospect.
