Jolly Hopper
Foley Brothers Brewing
IPA - Imperial / Double
Good ol' fat Imperial. Huge pine tree sap smack in the face. Hefty malt backbone is sweet and sticky. Earthy, bitter booze builds up over time. Juicy feel is nice under the heft.

Drinking out of a medium snifter.
Pours a clear copper with a full frothy head.
Smells suggestive of a conifer forest.
Good mouth feel.
Strong hop bitterness. Good taste of malt. Somewhat sweet and sticky.

On tap at Stoneyard Beer Hall and Grill in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy orange, with a small head and lots of lacing.
This smells like bitter and fresh pine, with orange peel and grapefruit.
This is super zesty with a clean bitterness, with pine and good grassiness. There's some grapefruit rind, too.
This is light bodied- surprisingly so for the ABV. There's no booze character.
This is another great Foley IPA. They do it quite well.
