16 oz. can. Hazy orange. Smells of jolly rancher candy hops, signature Azacca aroma. Some cereal grain. Taste has some grapefruit citrus hops, some candy hops. Chewy malt profile, like oats. Grapefruit pith bitterness. Medium body. I'm not normally a fan of azacca, but this is really good. A real malt profile, nice bitterness, and the azacca plays off it well.

A: The beer is slightly hazy pale golden yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Faint aromas of pineapple are present in the nose; hints of biscuity malts begin to creep in as the beer begins to warm up.
T: The taste starts off with sweet notes of pineapples and finishes with hints of piney hops towards the back end, along with a slight amount of accompanying bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the smell and taste of pineapples in this IPA.

I agree with Lone_freighter, who reviewed this nice Vermont brew here on May 2nd. I particularly enjoy the shuttle pine taste of Azacca, in contrast to Cascade, which is classic Sierra Nevada. This beer has more citrus, a dry finish, and quite enjoyable! Single batch- get it soon.

Can to becher pint glass.
The appearance was a golden crisp yellow color topped by a small valley of sustaining white foamy head gently subsiding. Sticky lace trimmed the top of the glass in one ring.
The aroma started off with some fresh clean laundry roaming into some piney to fruity citrusy hop particles. Dry floral hop bits and a light dose of biscuits round out the back end.
The flavor had a dry floral to piney bitter and citrusy bitter glow to it's taste. Some onion and danky earthiness came in underneath here. Definitely pretty strong in its bitterness in the aftertaste allowing the cirrusy and piney character embrace this aspect.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Some of the dryness warming in may end up causing this to be more of a sipper as I found myself sipping this. Good carbonation and appropriate ABV. The finish was dry, semi-oily and a touch of sticky onion and pine.
Overall, seemed a bit West Coast styled IPA to me, but there's nothing wrong with that as I would definitely have again.

Can. Nearly clear bright gold (I decant because that's how I prefer them) with lasting dense head and lotsa lace. Toffee citrus mango aroma. Very toffee sweetness like the original NE IPAs. Not sure if it's diacetyl with a medium fruity citrus bitterness and fairly dry finish with some lingering toffee. Medium light body smooth and a tiny bit cloying. Very good but I think I might not be a big fan of azacca ... or toffee.

16 oz. can.
Moderate pour yields a 1.25 inch pure white head over a slightly hazy golden body with some lacing. Nose of slight tropical fruit, slight citrus, and even slighter pine. Taste follows pretty closely but finishing mostly pine and grass. Nice, soft feel and overall at 6.0%, a refreshing IPA to seek out. I will recommend this. Cheers to the Bros of Brandon!
