Part of what I like most about Indian Joe is their fearlessness in trying something new or different. Sure, they can all be winners but I respect the guts. I was intrigues to see Amaretto Sour on the taplist mostly because I'd think that amaretto and almond would be best suited for an ale, a stout or maybe even a barleywine but in this case, the gamble paid off. Its tart but sweet, carries a nice amount of almond flavoring and has a pleasant pastry sort of vibe to it without being overbearing. Recommended.
