Kitty Lime Pie is our newest cat series beer, a dessert gose has our perfected malt bill that provides the graham cracker crust taste. Then we added sea salt, key lime juice, vanilla bean, and coriander to complete the tart, and refreshing pie experience.

Peace Tree Brewing mini snifter
Caramel-amber color with a thin ring of head
Grainy aromas with slight yeastiness and mineral and key lime
Flavors of caramel sauce, bitter and sour key lime, mineral, graham, and pale malt.
Heavily carbonated with lots of chalkiness and slight mineral.
Overall this was pretty freaking good. Great flavors of graham and marshmallow with a lovely sour nip of Gose. $15.99/6 pack but nearly worth it. Would like to see it a few bucks cheaper.
