Based on an old family favorite this sour dessert ale is a custom recipe for our ongoing Raygun Cat Series. Brewed with an array of bready malts, lactose sugar, vanilla, strawberries, cinnamon, black pepper, and white balsamic vinegar.

On tap at SingleSpeed, Waterloo, IA; served in an 8-ounce tasting glass. Cloudy pinkish orange in color, with a thin white head and bright yellow highlights. Fruit forward, with flavors of strawberry, vanilla, and spice, plus hints of yeast funk and umami. Not overly sweet or sour. Good carbonation, light bodied, with a wisp of lingering tartness on the finish. An excellent beer overall.
