Good sour beer ! I like how it is not fruity like most sour beers. There is a faint taste of banana and the "bread" part is more wheat than bread/cake. The name is a little bit misleading. Would it be correct to say this is like a sour version of a tripel ? Regardless, I think for now this is my top rated sour beer.
