Inspired by tiki and tropical drinks. This beer had intense tropical flavors that comes in waves. Brewed with lime juice, passion fruit, tangerine, pink guave, toasted coconut, lactose, all spice, salt and vanilla.

Appearance: Pours a hazy golden color verging on orange; the one finger head fades to a film and collar leaving spotty lacing
Smell: Tropical aromatics with pineapple, mango and lime joined by hints of vanilla and coconut
Taste: Tart tropical flavors forward, with pineapple, mango and lime prominent; after the swallow, the more subtle tones of vanilla and coconut emerge; a bit of a pucker on the finish
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: A fun kettle sour that captures the essence of the Caribbean
