Bubba is bursting with citrus flavors from a healthy double dry hop of Citra & Mosaic with tropical from Michigan Copper. The selection of malts provide a pillowy mouthfeel. A slight bitterness rounds out this flavorful IPA!

12oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of orange, guava, grapefruit and sweet caramel. Good tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.

First had Bubba at Back Pocket Brewery in Coralville, IA. Immediately, I knew Bubba would become a favorite. It’s the smoothest IPA I’ve ever tasted.

This Hazy has all the key qualities you could ask for. Had a few IPA from Iowas legendary Topling Goliath that would top it in most categories, but not by much in feel and definitely not in the wonderful pour it leaves in the glass. Wonderful look with A+ head/lacing. Considering standard pricing....excellant.

I tried this beer at the brewery as part of a five sample flight. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that left some lace. The scent had bold ripe fruit hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with fruit salad presence. The mouthefeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Can from John’s poured into tulip. Thick appearance, nice head. Tasty and not bitter.
