Poured cold from a 12-ounce can into a champagne flute. Deep amber in color with a slight reddish tinge and a thick white head that left some spotty lacing. Captivating aromas of bready malt, warm spices, cranberries, and citrus. These are present on the palate as well, with pleasant bitterness and a lot of tea-like astringency that leaves the palate dry. This would make a perfect accompaniment to your holiday meat and cheese tray. Pleasant surprise, and very well done!

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of cranberry, orange, Christmas spices and toasted caramel. Fairly strong cranberry taste with some spice and caramel sweetness.
