A tropical dessert sour with coconut, pineapple and lactose. A cat beer series in collaboration with Raygun t-shirts.

On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a tasting glass. Hazy pale yellow in color, with a thin white head. Aromas of pineapple and coconut greet the nose. These carry over to the palate, although they are not at all intense. Light malt obtains, with a note of yeast funk. Tartness is just right. Light-medium bodied, with a crisp finish. Overall, a pleasant quaff - and a pretty good pairing with steak tacos!
