On tap at SingleSpeed, Waterloo, IA; served in an 8-ounce tasting glass. Clear golden yellow in color, with a finger of white head. Decent retention, with some spotty lacing as it receded. Big notes of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango) on the nose and palate, with a key lime overtone. This is a well-crafted sour, with Just the right amount of lip-smacking tartness to go with the tropical goodness. Time to hit the beach!
