Got on a trade! Thx westcoast! Served at 4deg C in a draught glass

A- Opens well and pours a 1/2" high white head that films out within a minute. Medium gold colour and filtered clear

S- Good hops. Slightly sweet, touch sour. Some heat

T- Good hops here. Not overabundant but there for sure. Has a sweet but bitter aftertaste typical of your standard C hop selection. Nice, not thrilling but nice. Above a Sierra Nevada IPA but below a Torpedo is the best way I can explain it.

M- Dry but a touch creamy. Aftertaste sure lingers on the tart side

O- Very good. Enjoyable and refreshing without being so sweet and overpowering that IPA's can sometimes be.

Food Pairing

This nice little brew went rather well with........ smoked fish! I smoked some rainbow trout and pork bellies. Came out fantastic! This brew cut through that apple wood and hickory smoke.

Enjoy

Aroma and Appearance: It pours a clear golden colour with three fingers of foam and a low level of carbonation. The aroma is fresh lemon, passion fruit, tangerine, toffee and peaches.

Flavour: It starts off with a satisfying toffee and bready malt flavour followed by fresh lemon citrus and herbal hop oils in the middle, with hints of caramel and biscuits on the side. As those flavours fade, a nice fresh whole leafy tea note arises with some nice grassy resinous pine that appear on the finish which is succeeded by a classic northwest grapefruit aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Enjoy on it’s own, explore those magical hop cones and what they do to the beer only once a year.

7% ABV, ?? IBU, 650ml bottle (bottled Oct 01, 15).
A - light orange golden clear with one finger white head.
S - freshly cut lemon, banana, sweet malt, Little lager aroma, not really piney.
T - well carbonated. sharply bitterness come front, n then toasty malt taste and then lingering hoppy. kinda like Cali-bel IPA, but better malty flavor.
O - solid beer, especially it's harvest season of locally grown hops, gotta to try some of their beer. I really enjoyed the malty biscuit hide at the back, hoppiness are at front n the lasting, fresh n bitting. Will I buy again? prob next year...
