A: One finger of white head that dissipated quickly over amber liquid.
S: Passionfruit, peach and pine.
T: Same mosaic hop character as the nose plus lactic acid, corn and wheat. Perfect acidity.
M: Medium mouthfeel and carbonation.
O: A great dry hopped sour. It would be fantastic if it became a part of the regular lineup because this is the best beer I have had from this brewery.
