Got on trade! 650ml bottle served at 10deg C in a challis.
A- Opens well and pours a huge 3" high light brown head that lasts forever! Nice! Very dark brown colour .
S- Metallic. Sorry
T- This one has a nice whisky hint to it. Not a lot but it's there. Second time use barrel for sure. Nice porter base though with the coco and coffee notes there. Not in spades or anything.
M- Dry and tart
O- Nice brew. Not a great one and would like to taste a first run barrel from these guys though.
Food Pairing
This pretty good brew went well with...... Chinese BBQ pork.
