Nordic and American yeast strains, along with Lactobacillus come together to produce a light, effervescent and vinous-like ale. A significant Mosaic dry-hop adds flavours and aromas of blueberry, tangerine and lots of tropical fruit.

Hazy goldenrod; blueberry, melon, peach + herb; slight shortbread, then soft papaya, peach, summer berries + more melon, a vague tartness, slight salt, and a hint of sorbet fizz.

Steps lightly - very table beer that way - but still gets all the aspects of Mosaic. Lacto down in the mix. And still a proper quencher. Accomplished.
