To celebrate the past decade we’re going back to a popular beer style when we first opened. A big 10% West Coast Double IPA brewed with Pilsner Malt and way too much Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial Hops. It’s piney, citrusy, dank, bitter, and crystal clear.

A-pour is gold from the can to almost clear gold in the glass with a medium size white head leaving a spotty lace along the tulip
S-Simcoe , Amarillo & Centennial - hops
T-hoppy , decent malt base , nice bitter finish
MF-ok carbonation , big full body
