Thanks to FondueVoodoo for this one.
Poured from a 650ml. bottle, no freshness info.
Appearance: Completely hazy, ginger ale colored body. Healthy 2-3 fingers worth of head.
Smell: Fresh coriander as well as sweet cinnamon jump at the nose. Breaths of ginger and herbs round out the nice aroma.
Taste: Wealth of herbs & spices, a little dry sweetness, orange zest. Flavors tickle the tongue.
Mouthfeel: Very refreshing and spritely, crisp with excellent carbonation.
Overall: One of my new favorites. Would be a staple in my fridge all summer long.

A: Pours a brackish dull wheat, pours out 2 fingers of white frothy head and settles quickly to a thin film with residual bubbles and lacing that clines up the side of the glass.
S: Initial full bouquet of cardamom with background notes of candied ginger together with pale malts and wheat. Smells exactly like sweet easter bread, yeasty, creamy & full of cardamom spice, finishes with a slight mineral note.
T: Taste reverses the smell, with strong upfront notes of ginger with background of cardamom and creamy wheat. Mid palette shows some minerals dryness that leads well into the finish that is slightly dry, wheaty and lingers with a slight bitterness of hops.
M: A light body with very low carbonation and a extra smooth creaminess.
O: The sweet cardamom bread is a household favourite and so when I saw Powell St. was coming out with this witbier - I couldn't get there fast enough to buy the first growler. The full sweet scent of cardamom and ginger notes are an excellent match for a witbier and allow the warm spices centre stage, while holding a strong creamy & wheat base to ground it. Very enjoyable and refreshing.
