Served on-tap at Wicked Weed Brewing in Asheville, NC
A: Pours a crystal clear medium golden yellow in color with light amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint amber highlights. The beer has a half finger tall foamy white head that reduces to a medium sized patch of medium thick film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus and floral hops over slightly lesser aromas of rye spiciness and caramel malts.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of caramel malts with moderate to strong flavors of rye spiciness. There is a moderate flavor of citrus/grapefruit and floral hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades relatively quickly.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink with enjoyable flavors/aromas and is sessionable due to the lower ABV.
