Appearance: Arrives with a modest cap topping the amber liquid; plenty of lacing is left behind, however
Smell: Floral and piney, with caramel undertones
Taste: The malt bill lays down a touch of caramel and then the hops take over, bringing floral elements, pine and some citrus; after the swallow, while the West Coast hop flavors dominate, there are undertones of fruit (like an ESB) and caramel, that add a nice touch of balance
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A refreshing IPA with some malty complexity and a very tasty hop bill; another very nice beer from Wicked Weed

This is just an amazing beer. I had never tried it before because it seems a brewery pops up every ten seconds in Asheville and for some reason this one was hot from the start. I don't know the details, but I am intrigued to try more. This one is really good, one of the best I have had in a while, it was so good in fact, I was sad when it was gone because I wanted more. But I would have really gotten myself into trouble.
Appearance: Bronze very dark for an IPA really, but not out of line for the style interesting and was a beautiful color.
Smell: Oh my god this beer smells amazing, nothing off on this one. Its hoppy and sweet flowers, citrus and many other aromas going on. This beer just smelled so good.
Taste: Well, what can you say, when a beer that smells as good as this one the taste has to be similar and I honestly cannot say enough good about this one. Its floral, not really piney but resinous and balanced perfection. Tropical fruits and bitterness, but this beer has everything going for it. If you ever get a chance, do not hesitate, buy yourself a pint, growler or whatever vessel it comes in. Its amazing. I would consider it a very West Coast style IPA but from the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, which makes it all that much cooler.
