Pours a cloudy, vibrant gold color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of pale malt, yeast, citrus, grass, earthiness, hint of floral, and a hint of hop. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of slight wheat, yeast, citrus, earthy malt, hint of floral, and a hint of hop. Overall, good appearance, but aroma and body are not blended well and are lacking significant citrus characteristics for being named a Pineapple/Mango saison.
