Appearance: a light straw yellow color. A finger or just less of a white head that leaves nothing behind. Slight haze but still able to see through it.
Smell: the herb and ginger is most apparent. Strong ginger and slightly weaker rosemary. Belgian farmhouse yeast is apparent but way in the background
Taste: opens with a strong ginger. Belgian yeast comes through with some cloves and spiciness. Rosemary isn't too strong but still present.
Mouthfeel: slightly dry and leaves some ginger behind
Overall: a very good take on a saison. Great ginger and rosemary that plays along very well with the base style.
