Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a crystal clear, straw coloring, with a filmy, white, clingy head. Nose of biscuits and toffee, balanced and smooth. Flavors are tangy sweet forward, with caramel and orange rind blending perfectly. Smooth, mid-bodied, with a tangy sweet, caramel aftertaste. Smooth, light finish. Solid brew.

Had on tap. Gives an almost Old Fashioned kick on the style, with some bitters mixed with caramel and perhaps orange on the finish. Crisper but lighter in the body. Nothing to write home about but solid
