Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a crystal clear, golden coloring, with a filmy, light, white head. Nose of caramel sweetness, with an underlying pepper heat. Flavors are subtle sweet forward, with a quickly advancing pepper heat, cilantro cool and spice, and toasted grains. Light and smooth, with a building heat into the peppery aftertaste. The finish has a heat linger to the otherwise clean feel. Nice.
