Had on tap. Light brown with a billowing tan head that eventually dies down over time. Almost springy smelling: spices, earth, light wheat, hay and subtle dried dark fruit. Taste is really lacking wheat flavors, but has everything else you would expect, everything is light handed, dark fruit not as dry now.
