Poured into a goblet a honey color with a thinner white head atop.Some mildly funky honey and iron notes in the nose.The palate is sweet but not overly just addictive in its sweetness,a little iron/metallic flavor is there as well.To me somewhat like a mead but not as sweet,I would have drank this all night and would have a monumental headache in the morning I think.
