Appearance: Minimally hazed, light hay-hued body with a light, white head.
Smell: A soft, delicate maltiness, a thin, shaved sliver of lemon peel, faint herb and a small, winy hint.
Taste: A very pale malted barley, with a little upfront sweetness. Faint lemon fruitiness. Restrained minerality noted early on. Citrus, herbal hops, though light and with a medium-low bitterness to counterpoint the sweetness. Finishes fairly clean, with a crisp dryness to it and a bit of the bitterness lingering beyond the swallow.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: A fine, light, easy-drinking beer.
