Complex beer with a good synergy of the honeydew flavors combined with fruity Belgian yeast ester. Spicy aftertaste detracts a tad from overall mellow body, in total a good beer.

Pours a hazy gold into a tulip from the brewery. Nice Belgian funk in the nose. Spicy and fruity in the body. Hard to get honeydew if at all. Good Tripel but could have executed better on the honeydew.
