For us, this Old World-inspired beer is mile-zero - the point at which we spin the needle on the compass and follow at will. From western shores to sunshine states, this Gose takes its promised-land inspiration. Brewed with tart grapefruit, sweet honey and balancing Mediterranean sea salt, Calimost is eternal summer in a bottle. Cheers to moving until direction is found.

Poured from can into stange glass. Poured a hazy gold with fluffy white head. Grapefruit and lemon aroma. Taste followed the nose with tart up front and sweet finish. The tartness reminded me more of a sour ale. Light and crisp.

Milky apricot body with a a soda-like carbonation that instantly fizzles out.
Smell is peppery saltines with lactic acid and seaweed--there's not a distinct grapefruit or honey presence here.
Calimost is tart, sharp, crisp and tangy, with grapefruit becoming a little more present on the palate, and that typical salty, lactic gose characteristic. It finishes very dry at first, and then as it warms, honey and lemon emerge, and it becomes more slick and round, less dry.

Poured from the tap into a 20 oz mug at the Taco Mac in Atlanta, GA. The appearance is a clear orange color with a very small white head. The aroma is a sweet blend of fruit and some malt. The taste matches the nose.

Appearance- Pours cloudy yellow with decent white head that quickly dissipates no lacing.
Smell- Lots of grapefruit and lemon very tart smell, bready smell.
Taste - Lots of grapefruit getting a little bit of passion fruit the honey provides some sweetness. Not getting as much lemon in the taste as was in the smell I think the tartness is balanced by the honey.
Feel - Pretty light body again not getting the tartness I thought but that's ok it is still enough, slightly dry finish.
Overall - A really good beer, the tart and sweet is well balanced if I had a complaint it would be I would want a little more tart.
