Got this special bottle pour when doing the barrel room dinner, great experience, highly recommend! Apparently called "1" on other sites, but when asked the brewer he said it was "Table 1". Anyways: dark maroon body with an off-white cap. Powerful sour cherry, blackberry, raspberry, date, and raisin with supporting vibrant oak in the smell and taste. Feel has a great blend of oaks with sour jammy fruit textures accompanying per usual for a WW sour, but there is a dark vinous like richness that stands out, carb is lower allowing the sourness to shine. Absolutely incredible
