A - Bottled 01.15.18. Normal pour into flute glass producing a straw colored brew sporting a quickly dissipating 1" white head. Moderate carbonation. Minimal lacing.
S - Sour, funk, strawberries.
T - Very sour, very funky, very strawberry, I'm usually a fan of farmhouse saisons. This is mediocre. There are elements that scream artificial tasting as far as the strawberries are concerned.
M - Dry, refreshing.
D - If I had this brew closer to the release date, I feel that my review would be very different. With that being said, I'm not overly impressed. The sourness is somewhat abrasive and the flavor profile is very one note.

Hazy pale straw color. The big white fluffy head doesn't recede. I had to wait several minutes to finish pouring from the bottle. I love a head that stays. A very light aroma, malt perhaps; Nicely carbonated; The flavor was a disappointment after seeing that great looking beer. To its credit, it has good mouthfeel.
I'm not familiar with this style of beer so I really have nothing to compare it to.

Pours a darker straw color, nice haze. Huge funky aroma. Nice farmhouse flavor, funkier than most farmhouse ales I have had, not a bad thing. Micro carbonation gives it a huge head that lasts forever, even with a very gentle pour. Overall an ok example of the style.

From a 2017 bottle.
Hazy medium brown body with a suitable white head.
Medium body with near medium carbonation.
Fruity and funky with medium tartness.
More drinkable than the average Brett beer but still not enjoyed.
