Bottle at share. Milky golden pour, small bubbly head. Funky stone fruit aroma and taste, yeasty. Sharp, tart, piquant kick. Fruity with a quite a pucker.

a collaboration with 10 barrel, a neat salted peach sour brew, super wild and different, real mature, with some intense oak and minerals to it, and a shocking amount of natural peach, a highlight from our recent trip to 10 barrel here in boise, and neat that these two got together to make it. hazy and pale from the tap, looks fine but is more or less visually unremarkable. it smells amazing though, an absolute ton of real peach to it, for me its ripe and dripping, mouthwatering, pretty sour and all, but the fuzziness and realness of the peach is huge here, the salt seems to highlight it, and some oak lend vanilla, white wine, and earthiness. its real sour when i taste it, but it stays on the center of the tongue too, like a candied thing, but its never real sweet, i cant believe how forward and real the peach is, impressive. the salt and the sour make it a little sharp, but the fermentation profile is cool on this, some funk, some mature bacterial character, i can very much appreciate the wicked weed aspect in it. the peach makes it though, tons of fruit, natural and ripe, and well highlighted by the salt. a cool recipe, a fun collaboration, and a beer i hope to be able to drink again. lovely use of the peach, very complex overall, get some while it lasts!
