On tap at wicked weed Charlotte Airport. Pours slightly hazy pale golden straw color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head that lasts. This soapy lacing and good streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, bread dough, herbal, wood, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Lt med bitterness. Med high carb and lt med body. Balanced grainy/sticky hop feel. Slight resin drying. Crisp clean refreshing finish. Very flavorful and not watery for 4.1%. One of the best American blondes I've had. Clean malts and balanced noble hops.

On-tap at Wicked Weed Brewing, Charlotte Airport, Charlotte, NC
A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left lacing on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of floral and grassy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of grassy hops along with notes of floral hops and a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and crisp on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a very hoppy pale ale but is quite drinkable because it isnt that heavy on the palate.
Serving type: on-tap
