This was my wife’s favorite color at Wicked Weed as we enjoyed what was left of the Stanley Cup finals during our recent visit to Asheville.
Pour from draft into a tall Hefeweizen glass. Bright golden yellow color with fluffy white head and good curtain lacing. It is advertised as a hoppy kolsch and it does not disappoint. Nice mix of hops that give the beer a slightly sweet and fruity taste and smell. Very enjoyable beer and I definitely saw my wife’s point.
